Procedures

The following are a few guidelines we need to establish to make our working relationship as productive as possible. If you have any questions, please call me.

Scheduled call needs to be received on time. Call length is based on the terms selected on the Coaching Agreement form. Please make photocopies of the enclosed “Coaching Call Prep Form” and complete it before the call. Email me a synopsis of the information requested before the call. This allows you to determine what our agenda will be, and allows me to be as prepared as possible so we make the best use of your time.

Our agreement includes a set number of scheduled calls. If you or I are unable to keep a regularly scheduled call, we will compare calendars in advance and book another time.

Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you have a valid emergency, we will work around it. Otherwise, missed calls are not made up nor refunded. If you decide to pause coaching, any unused sessions you’ve already paid for will be available to schedule in the future. Any pre-paid sessions not used will expire six months after payment.

You are encouraged to contact me between scheduled calls by email, fax or ‘spot calls’ (10 minutes or so in length) with questions, struggles, thoughts, praise reports, or just to ‘touch base’.

Payment will need to be received before the first of each month unless other arrangements have been made. Payment can be made with credit card (Visa/MC).

Our relationship needs to be based on absolute honesty with each other. If at any time you are dissatisfied with something, please bring it up! I will work with you to resolve any difficulties. Likewise, if you find benefit through the coaching process, please refer my services to others whom you feel would benefit as well. Thanks!

It is imperative that you apply yourself if coaching is to be successful. Our work will sometimes be very purposeful, goal-directed and dependent upon you doing some ‘homework’. Other times it will be very broad in scope, requiring time in prayer, reflection and meditation on God’s word, His plan for your life, your vision, etc. Either way, your real growth will come from the work you do in time between our calls. Check yourself now on the true measure of your commitment to that kind of pursuit. Make this a pivotal season of your life!
